Convenient location and easy building to deal with. Parking was a little expensive.

My family and I came to Chicago to lay my mother in law to rest. Ben was really helpful in every way you could think of. There was enough rooms and space to accommodate us. I cooked a full course meal that turned out really great! lol The tenants were so nice and fun! They made our stay even better because we really needed those laughs! It’s so many outlet stores, restaurants, the Beam, beach, River Walk, Navy Pier and etc. The apartments are close by everything you’d like to visit there. Our stay was on a sad occasion but a Great time was had! Thank you Ben for everything! ❤️

Very clean and loved the location and amenities with the store on the first floor was fantastic

Loved the location. Fitness room was a little disappointing because it’s small and the there are only 2 peloton bikes, but one was out of commission.

I truly enjoyed my 5 night stay at this hotel. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I love its location, near the Michael mile. When I return to Chicago I will definitely stay at the Park Hyatt.
