Property itself is lovely, amazing beach. However, nothing around the property - worth noting.
Staff, terrible:
Check in with a QR code…at a 5 star hotel.
Room - Checked in, room absolutely stank and the staff didn’t resolve the issue or move our rooms for several hours.
Dinner - staff forgot to book our table for dinner multiple times causing a long delay. Dinner took 45 minutes to even get our order in.
Taxi - we booked a taxi through the hotel to the airport and they forgot to book it so we were incredibly late.
Ultimately, the property is lovely and suitable for a couple nights but the staff is seriously lacking for the 5* supposed.

Great hotel with lots to keep 3yr old daughter busy, loved the pool, waterslides and kids disco and entertainment.
