"There are major problems with this listing The wellness facilities were all unavailable during our stay. It was not made clear that we would be charged for electricity and water. The amount we had to pay was iunbeluevalbly high, adding half as much as the hotel fee on top, plus linen charge. We could not use the jacuzzi, as it was filthy,; we did not use the sauna; we turned down all the radiators as we bought logs for the fire. So, it is difficult to see how the energy bill for our actual use...

"Das kleine Studio Hafenkoje ist urgemütlich. Wir haben den Blick auf die Schlei in der hellen freundlichen Unterkunft sehr genossen. "In general a good experience, but I got locked out of my room for 5 hours (check-out at 10 am and check-in at 3 pm), because I extended my stay by a day in advance and before comming - don't do that!, but this was not reflected or implemented in the lock for the door. I did overcome this episod with the help from friends. The reception was closed and didn't answerr my calls before it was to late. The cleaning lady was not helpful either. But I'm still a happy customer and will return any day."

"The picture posted is of a different place. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, in an old farm house, otherwise clean but rustic. Breakfast was below average with no good coffee available. There are no places to eat in the area beside basic pizza places. Hotel was quiet and staff pleasant. I think it was pricey fir what it offers. "

"Self check in was not easy. No reception staff available. Room was clean, very basic, had to share a communal kitchen one floor above ours. Booked sea view, ours had huge buildings in front of our window with a little view of the water to the side if it! Very disappointed. Also had many steps from the car park to entrance, not good if you have big cases to carry!"
