Nice pool very spacious room, king bed was so comfortable; location is much quieter than areas further north on the island; purified water was provided in the room; staff helped to arrange golf cart delivery to resort and cab pick up from the water taxi; only issues-on day of arrival we had to take alternative taxi as our assigned driver was not at the pick up site and the golf cart delivery was late. These were independent companies so not direct issue with Lighthouse Villas. Our cab pick up on our day of departure was on time and security helped get our bags downstairs! Staff team members, Diana and Rob, were very helpful and offered clear guidance and recommendations. Overall a great stay!

This was billed as an all inclusive resort, however it was not a true all inclusive. It included 3 meals each day but only breakfast had a choice. Lunch and dinner were served whatever the resort decided. Most dishes were very salty. No drinks were included. Not even bottled water. Luckily the tap water was safe to drink.

Staff are all lovely. The property is well maintained, comfortable, and peaceful.

Very single staff member truly made us feel important. Best customer service we experienced at any all inclusive resort we’ve visited. Housekeeping would find us on the island to make sure that we were ok with them cleaning our room at that time. Room was always very clean. Bartenders and restaurant staff went above and beyond every day.
