It features a log-burning stove, dishwasher, washer dryer and elegant decor. With a wood burning hot tub, you can relax and in the evenings watch the stars above the canopy of the trees. A truly idyllic escape with luxurious high-quality fittings, a very comfortable bed. A truly picturesque and peaceful retreat. Located between Gloucester on Ross-on-Wye, and 25 mins from Cheltenham. The cottage was a former Cider Press and was converted in 2004, and is now used as a holiday let on the outskirts of the beautiful Forest of Dean. There are many woodland walks nearby, and the mystical May Hill is a spectacular walk, either leaving from the cottage or you can park at the foot of the hill. We are lucky to have lots of wildlife in our own woodland, lots of deer, birds etc. We can signpost you to where and when you are likely to spot them from observation sites. We created this place to be a natural haven, to melt the stresses of modern living and create a peaceful place surrounded by natural beauty.
