The retreat club was fantastic , the snacks at the pool club were very tasty! We like restaurant Sandy’s grill more than familj but they were both good . The room with a large balcony facing seaside view was an incredible experience , watching the sunset and sipping a warm cup of tea ! Our room was very small but perfectly adequate. We hired bikes and visited a small nature reserve. We also went in the Leninbadet which was an amazing experience, even with the steam room not working. It was like going back in time and we loved it. There were major building works going on outside the hotel but we couldn’t hear anything even though our room overlooked them. The roof terrace was lovely and we sat there with a post dinner drink! The property itself is charming with a lovely 19th century feel, like visiting your aunt in the old family home if she happened to love to keep things all clean and polished. It's just a few steps to parks and ice cream spots and swimming, but not noisy at all at night. And it's also just a few steps from the railiroad station. Breakfast is at a cafe a few blocks away. That ight be a problem in cold rainy weather, but in August was fine, and the breakfasts were very nice. Happy I stayed there."
