Holiday cottage well located in a child-friendly area at Fjellerup Strand a short distance from the many attractions in Jutland. The house, that is primarily heated with environmentally friendly, energy-saving air-to-air heat pump, is built on 2 levels and modernised in 2013. There are 3 terraces around the house, one of which is partially covered. The basement consists of pool area, bathroom with sauna, guest bathroom and 3 bedrooms. There is another bedroom on the 1st floor. The pool area includes a swimming pool of 3 x 4.6 m and 1.5 m deep, which is heated with an environmentally friendly, energy-saving air-to-water heat pump, a whirlpool and sitting area and couch. Kitchen on the 1st floor is open and combined with living and dining area with room for 10 people and it overlooks the sea. From the spacious and well equipped kitchen there is access to the 16 m² terrace. Wood-burning stove, music system, TV, satellite and access to a covered terrace where you can enjoy your evening coffee while the sun sets in the west.
