Betten und Schlafraum sind klein und einfach eingerichtet, Decken und Kissen waren leider unhygienisch und in einem sehr gebrauchten Zustand. Schlafzimmer sind auch sehr hellhörig. Die Küche und Ausstattung war optimal für die Größe der Personenzahl ausgestattet, 2 Spülmaschinen und Kochfelder und ausreichend Platz zum Sitzen für die große Mannschaft. Der Unterhaltungraum war der Hit bei den Kindern und den Erwachsenen, ob Tischtennis, Dart, Kicker oder Billard und hat eine ausreichend Größe. Der Garten ist riesig und hat auch Möglichkeiten zum Spielen, nur leider kein Zaun, falls Hunde dabei sind. Der Strand war gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
