Welcome to 44 Purple Top! This beautiful Alpine inspired, custom built, mountain top home features 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. 2 King Bed Master Suites, 1 Upstairs and 1 Downstairs. A third, Queen Bedroom and additional Queen Sleeper Sofa upstairs give this home away from home ample space to stretch out and unwind. The spacious living room with 22 ft ceilings and a gas fire place inside, leads to a vaulted ceiling of a Florida Room, complete with propane grill and wood burning fire place, allows for even more entertaining while enjoying the sunset views and relaxing after a day on the mountain. The kitchen is perfectly designed for the person who loves to cook, with attached bar, it is perfect for cooking and socializing at the same time while enjoying the spectacular views from everywhere in this home.
The outdoor spaces in this home make it one of the most unique homes in the community! Purple Top is one of the highest peaks in Bear Lake Reserve so you can enjoy the endless views for miles of the Blue Ridge Mountains surrounded by nature.
