Best place on the Oregon coast
Beautiful and well maintained condos right on the Oregon coast! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Exceptional access to the beach! Lovely fireplace all ready to go! Our whole family was sad to leave which is a first! We will be back for a longer stay soon!

If we could have stayed longer we would have never left. No one wanted to leave. Our view was fantastic, the lights at night shinning on the beach and watching the waves was just one of the highlights of our stay. The condo was so clean and well stocked with everything needed. Quiet complex and so relaxing we only left 1 time the 3 days we were there. Recommend this property to anyone that just wants to relax and be at the beach

Family vacation
Our trip was amazing!! We checked in with Simon, he was so friendly and had a great sense of humor. The views were spectacular!! And the beaches we're so clean and beautiful!! We really loved the fact that there was a big deep pool, and the bbqers we loved!! We will be staying here again and bringing the family back!!

We stay a lot at different time share facilities. This is not a time share, but better. The unit we stayed has a personal touch. We enjoyed the movies and games provided by the owner. The kitchen also has common condiments for cooking. The management/staff is also very helpful.

We will be back!
Great place to stay and can’t wait to visit again. The view was outstanding! Management was very friendly and helpful. Comfortable sitting area. Wish we had more time to read books and look at that view!

Beautiful views
Staff was super nice. Views were incredible. Loved that we were away from busy towns a bit. The beach was so close. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Kids enjoyed the games stored in the closet and swimming in the heated indoor pool. Will definitely return!

Amazing oceanfront condo!!
Cavalier beachfront condominium turned out to better than what we had anticipated. From the moment we were handed the keys by the front desk till the moment we checked out, out entire experience was just amazing. This is a true oceanfront condo with breathtaking views of the pacific. Unit# 30 was very well furnished. I was visiting with my wife, 1 year old daughter and mother in law to celebrate my mother in law's birthday. My wife and daughter loved this place so much that we did not feel like going back home! I am definitely going to keep visiting this place again and again. Highly recommend this condo!!

We stayed at unit 24. The king bed in the master was very comfortable. The other king bed sank down in the middle. Very nice view. Easy access to the beach. Kitchen needs update but it's well stocked.

Great location with fantastic ocean views
We stayed in a two bedroom unit and were really pleased with the amount of space. The rooms were large as was the kitchen and living room. We had a fantastic view of the ocean that could be seen from the kitchen and living room and the private beach access was nice as well. Because the location is not in Lincoln City proper it's much quieter, which we really enjoyed.

Awesome management, great location.
We stayed in room 22. You cannot beat the view and beach access is literally right outside and down some steps. A bit much for the elderly or very young, but otherwise very convenient. The king bed was a bit uncomfortable, but the room/condo itself was very spacious and clean and had all the amenities you need for a nice getaway. Keith and Tammy (management) were awesome and made sure to make up for another employee's earlier mistake. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Gorgeous views
This condo was a wonderful stay, had beautiful paintings throughout, walking distance to the beach, a deck to sit on, firewood provided for the fireplace, assigned covered parking. Only complaint was that the living room furniture could be more comfortable, but we will definitely stay here again, it was wonderful overall.

Fabulous with beautiful ocean views & beach access
This was a fabulous place to stay. The rooms were great, the condo was large and roomy. Everything we needed for cooking and cleaning was provided. I highly recommend these condominiums.

This is specifically for Unit #22 at the Cavalier Condominiums. While the units are centrally managed, each is individually owned and are probably each furnished a bit differently. This unit was well appointed with comfortable furniture, beds, and everything needed to cook and serve a full meal. There were all sorts of board games, books, and videos for use. There were even kickboards for the pool and a few kites. This unit is on the ground floor with outdoor access from the deck which is nice. The drawback is that the walls/ceilind are a bit thin, and we could easily track the location of the rambuncious kids in the unit above us. It didn't bother us though. There are very nice community BBQs. The pool was ok - it perhaps could have used a cleaning. There is a game room that includes a ping pong table and pool table. A set of private stairs provides beach access. There was excelllent surf directly in front of the condos our first two days there. These condos are definitely out of town, but thankfully there is a fully stocked (but kinda expensive) market only a few minute drive down the road. Overall, it was great for us.

Fun at the beach
Wonderful place with excellent access to a great beach. Unit was older, but in excellent condition with all amenities. Very comfortable chairs and beds. Short travel to all places. Managers were very helpful and nice.

What happened to customer service?
Overall a good stay due to the beachfront. Customer service on the other hand, not so much. Had an issue with the sofa bed which contained an air mattress. Who puts an air mattress in a rental? We aired it up and 30 minutes later it was almost flat. Called the front desk to get a replacement and was told right off that there was nothing they could do about it. I explained that we reserved a condo with 3 beds, one king and two queens, one being a sofa bed. Again, I was told they could do nothing. OK, I'm very upset by this time and the gentleman on the line had the nerve to tell me that he didn't know if I may have popped the mattress or not...are you kidding me?! Long story short, nothing that night except some $$ taken off, $20 to be exact less than 5% of the total, and two foam pads the next night, ugh! Point being that this man in the front office needs a lesson in customer service. Who doesn't have replacement options when using an air mattress? Who blames the customer? While everything else about the property was OK, I would not stay there again. :( (FYI, we stayed in unit 22)

I am sorry you had a terrible stay. As I attempted to explain to you, but was unable to get a word in, the units are individually owned. I as manager have no control over what the owners decide to put in their individual units with regards to beds, furnishings, etc. I was completely unaware that the air mattress had a leak, again as I tried to explain, the previous guest who stayed just before you arrived used the air mattress and there was no indication from them there was any problem with it. This is a small property, and with the units individually owned, we do not have spare beds, or mattresses. I did all I could the following day by finding a set of foam leather covered sleeping pads to put on the hide a bed. I offered to refund your money if you were going to leave, however you decided to stay so I provided a discount. I feel we did all we could to provide the best stay possible under the circumstances

Great place for the price , but avoid #31.
Avoid unit 31. Hotels.com usually gets us unit 22 (not perfect, but far better than 31) but it was taken. The location is incredible. Full ocean views, instant beach access - leave a window open and hear the waves crash. Staff is great. They helped out when we had a sick kid and contacted us promptly about a sweatshirt we left behind. But the units are individually owned and unit 31 is seriously in need of an update. The beds are worn out, furniture is old and the kitchen supplies are sparse. The bathrooms are straight out of the 1970s. The kitchen faucet is in need of repair. I highly recommend Cavalier - but avoid #31 until it gets a remodel.

Nice place right on the beach.
Very nice place right on the beach with fantastic view. The only down side was some sticky spots by the edges of some of the doors and the knob on the master bedroom bathtub needs to be fixed. Other than that the place is great. Spacious, OK beds, complete kitchen with just about everything you could imagine there for your use.

The accomodations were amazing! The ocean view was amazing! The managers were amazing! The condos are located btween Lincoln City and Depot Bay - right on the ocean. It was almost like having your own private beach. So quiet and relaxing. We didn’t want to leave. Cheryl

Perfect location. You're close to Lincoln city and depoe bay but you are on a secluded beach. The condo was very comfortable and nicely decorated. I appreciated the deck right off the great room. I would suggest that they get Bar height furniture for the deck so that you can see over the railing. We were in a condo on the first floor which was great for easy access to the beach but that also meant people walking by our windows.

Watched Whales for hours
Awesome place to stay. Clubhouse with pool table, ping-pong, & saunas. Indoor warm swimming pool. The water front view is unbeatable. VERY clean and roomy.

Had a lovely family vacation! The hotel was gorgeous! Literally the only complaint was the beds weren't too comfortable! Other than that a great stay!

Wonderful ocean view
We were very pleased with our choice from the moment we drove in to the facility. From the pleasant and friendly greeting at check in to the covered parking to the well kept and lovely landscaping to the fire wood stacked neatly by our back door to the magnificent view of the ocean as we opened our door and discovered the living room wall facing the Pacific Ocean side is all glass with a slider onto our deck! The stairs to the beach are many but well maintained and easy to navigate.

Surprisingly great stay for a last minute trip
The suite was awesome. 3 queen beds in 3 rooms, a full bath a 3/4 bath. Marble counter tops in the kitchen, 3 nice tv's a living room with ample seating and quality furniture. Great view right out on the beach, a staircase down to the beach that was very well maintained and built with no wobbles and went all the way to the beach and into the sand, no rock climbing the last 5 feet. Management interaction was brief by very friendly and comfortable. Wife forgot her Jacket, called back they had it ready and waiting in the office and mailed it out the next day.
