Overall a good stay due to the beachfront. Customer service on the other hand, not so much. Had an issue with the sofa bed which contained an air mattress. Who puts an air mattress in a rental? We aired it up and 30 minutes later it was almost flat. Called the front desk to get a replacement and was told right off that there was nothing they could do about it. I explained that we reserved a condo with 3 beds, one king and two queens, one being a sofa bed. Again, I was told they could do nothing. OK, I'm very upset by this time and the gentleman on the line had the nerve to tell me that he didn't know if I may have popped the mattress or not...are you kidding me?! Long story short, nothing that night except some $$ taken off, $20 to be exact less than 5% of the total, and two foam pads the next night, ugh! Point being that this man in the front office needs a lesson in customer service. Who doesn't have replacement options when using an air mattress? Who blames the customer? While everything else about the property was OK, I would not stay there again. :( (FYI, we stayed in unit 22)
