Very clean room! Breakfast was good. Had an issue with the elevator. Got stuck with other guests in the morning after breakfast. Elevator door did not open and phone # did not work for emergency help. Was very upset that this even happened! Hotel was nice but this presented a very negative experience on my part.

The casino is beautiful. The setting at the old Bethlehem Steel is breathtaking. It takes you back in time. Very cool! Stayed one night for a concert. Concert venue is small and perfect for shows. Rooms, valet, wait service were all excellent. Will definitely go back.

All were polite. SHUTTLE service and on site PARKING rates were excellent. The BREAKFASTwas very good. Loby and front desk areas were clean. However, ROOMS were filthy. Hair in tub. Light switches, lamps, remote and even hairdryer were all dirty.
