The room was clean and comfortable but a little outdated, but bathroom was more up to date and had good hot water; television system called Raku took time to adjust too; disappointed that it had no access to CFL games especially when the schedule lends itself to end of week games when I was there for Thursday to Sunday stretch.

Bed and linens were clean and comfortable. Shower & tub are old but did the job - shower was powerful but only one setting (no water saver option which would save $$ too). Once in a while the water at the sink would come out scalding hot momentarily - be careful when washing hands or face. All the old carpetting should be torn out everywhere and in rooms - they have an odour of stink wet socks (mildew) - so we kept our shoes on. Windows need cleaning and replacing. Rooms need serious upgrades. Could easily hear kids running around outside the room. The place was ok with free self parking with a nice affordable restaurant on-site. The service and hospitality was great! All in all I wrote OK if you want an affordable but old dated place to sleep & shower.

For close to $400 a night, you'd expect everything to be perfect...it wasn't. Rooms are very loud and walls very thin. I could hear everything happening in rooms beside me. Worse, the walls are so thin, you can hear another rooms air conditioning turning on and off all night.
The staff are helpful but for the type of property they are trying to be, there's a lot of work to be done.

"The rooms and property in general were very clean. While we ate breakfast, we could see someone outside tidying the parking lot and picking up garbage. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff even helped my aging father get his juice. 10/10 recommend staying here!"

"Nice budget freindly hotel. No parking for me that night due to how busy the sports bar was when I arrived. I parked on a side street. Breakfast in the morning was amazing. Would stay there again."
