Rooms were small and the two full sized beds were pushed together to essentially make one big bed, would be weird if you weren’t traveling with family. The room service didn’t bother to clean our room even though we were gone all day. The bathroom situation was horrible. It was all frosted class looking into the room. The aromatics are sensual and creates a relaxing feeling. The location is nothing more short of great. The subway, Central Park and all stores are within walking distance.
