The front desk staff were efficient and friendly. The property is close to the inner harbour for convenience. The parking lot has parking stalls so small that it is impossible to get in and out of any vehicle that is not miniature! The property itself is very clean but definitely in need of modernization. The room was unbearably hot with no AC to provide relief. Our biggest concern was the very poor quality of the bed mattress. We both had sore backs and an uncomfortable night's rest. The basic room has everything you would expect. It is not a place we will return to

Too expensive! $700 per night for a 4-star hotel is too much. Another $26 for parking. Nice enough, and well located. But nothing really out of the ordinary. Nice view, but only
