The facilities were very clean & the bed comfortable. However the rooms facilities were very tired & minimal. The accessible bathroom while large had nowhere to place clothing & toiletries, it felt awkward & was uncomfortable to use. The entry access from the car park was too steep making it awkward for a person with a Walker without the assistance of another person. On arrival at approximately 6pm no one was on reception it took us more than 15 minutes to rouse someone, the facilities intercom system didn’t seem to be working! We tried phoning but that just went to voicemail, reception stated they tried to call us back but that my phone wouldn’t take the call! Apologies were made. The location was convenient.

We hired an electric car - we paid for parking every night as I was told there was electric charges available for the customers. None of the charges worked in our hired car. They had a charger for the Tesla near the entrance but there was always a non electric car parked in that spot and we were unable to charge our vehicle. Waste of money staying at that hotel. We lost money returning our vehicle as we couldn’t bring it back with a full battery. I would like to request a partial refund from this stay. I would never recommend this property. When we were leaving and upstairs packing our luggage we advised the front staff that we had parked the car in front to bring our bags down and because the weather was heavy rain and wind. At 2am we had security knocking on our hotel room door requesting we move the car. I repeated myself and told him we are just parking our bags and checking out. So on the Saturday night we did not sleep at the hotel and we lost more money. It was just terrible.

Excellent location; beautiful decor in-keeping with the RED theme; brilliant front desk as well as restaurant staff. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Pickup from airport was great as was the return the next day. Awesome staff. Room was refreshing, comfortable and clean. Will be returning again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Nesuto St Martins Apartment Hotel. The location was great, with easy access to the city and nearby amenities. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, making the stay very convenient. The price was also reasonable, especially considering the location and the facilities provided. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again.
