The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family. The couch in the living room was beautiful, new and huge! It was great for family movie night on an equally huge screen. The location was awesome. Minutes from Storyland and we went out for dinner in North Conway for 2 evenings. There's a little outdoor pool for the whole complex within easy walking distance. Was a little concerned about the partial A/C, but the window unit was powerful enough to keep the place cool. If you are looking for a spacious place, in a quiet neighborhood that is close to town, for a decent price, this is it. This location is a very clean, comfortable condo with appliances, (including full washer and dryer), that are very convenient for a family staying for more than a day or two. The furnishings are dated (as seen in picture), but we aren't there for home decorating, or luxury, upscale concierge serve. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels, extra pillows, and sheets if you need them. All of the cookware, small appliances and dishwasher were nice. There was air conditioning upstairs in the living area. That is a must now with our current health conditions. If you aren't bothered by older decor, and are looking for convenience and location, this is the place. Thank you! ##### Julie G.
