The staff was extremely polite and helpful with our questions, and even went so far as to go outside to confirm our driver had arrived for our ride to the airport when we were leaving. The room was clean and well appointed. The location was convenient for a walk over to Pike Market and other downtown sights. Overall, a very positive experience.
