Rooftop sauna area was lovely but pool the floors down sadly.
Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!!
No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap!

A charming, comfy hotel in the heart of old Ansbach! The hotel is family owned and staffed by friendly, helpful staff. The excellent restaurant has a delicious optional breakfast and an incredible dinner menu! The garden dinning area would be very nice in summer! Limited but nearby parking. No elevator but staff will help with luggage.

Good size room with parking outside. It should have been easy to access from motorway but due to roadworks in the area there was a complicated detour when we visited. Easy to walk into town centre. Good value for money and good chouce for breakfast.

We were quoted a wrong price for the breakfast at check in. We were quoted 18 Euros and charged 22. when I told the clerk at checkout he just said: we, the price is 22 and the other person made a mistake. He didn’t apologize or correct the invoice. In addition the rooms are only cleaned every 4 days. ...
