We loved our stay here. It's not "in the middle of things" (unless you're going to the stadium, in which case you really can't be closer) but the subway is just a very short walk away. The beds were quite comfortable. It's perfect for a pair of couples or parents with one or two kids. We had a couple of questions and the owners were quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again.
