"Stayed as a lone woman with my young child. Hotel felt very safe. There is a 24hour reception service and the hotel entrance is locked with key card entry after a certain time. The lift access to the rooms also requires key card access. The location was brilliant. Mainline trains, Subway, busses and loads of kid friendly restaurants within a few minutes walk. There is a supermarket for essentials across the road. The room was very clean and kitchen suited our needs perfectly. TV had kids channels and a little desk which was adopted as a drawing station. We opted to have the hotel breakfast. Good selection of healthy and treat items for both adults and kids. Only downside was there were no bed guards available. I also don’t think it was clear that the rooms aren’t cleaned daily as standard. This wasn’t an issue for us. I’m happier that nobody else is accessing our room. You could however pay l extra for the room to be cleaned etc. Over all very happy and would stay there again "

"Brilliant location, room view over river clyde and bridge. Right in centre but quiet. Discounted car park 3 mins away. Easy to get and out of the city. Rooms were spacious, high quality and comfy. No fridge but has a safe. Highly recommended. "

"A very warm welcome by all staff. Room was spotless and had good products in the bathroom. Had a drink in the bar and again staff were excellent. Used the spa in the mornjng and it was stunning, very relaxing. Breakfast was excellent and a good range of options. A very enjoyable stay for our anniversary. "

"There are two elevators but one is always not working. On 8/4 both elevators broke down. Room is not cleaned on one day when clean room sign is on. "

"Rooms on small side but are clean and had all we needed. Great location for Hydro. Nice atomosphere in bar before and after the gig, bar open late too, which was a bonus. Nice buffet breakfast with lots of choice."
