Ideally located in Hillhead in the west end close to Gibson St, University Avenue and Byres Road perfect for exploring the vibrant area and a great base for exploring the city. Iconic Glasgow sights here include Ashton Lane, Ruthven Lane, Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum, University of Glasgow, Botanic Gardens and famous eateries. 2nd level floor flat (Stairs only) Double bedroom Twin bedroom (2 single beds) Bathroom with shower. Independent kitchen fully equipped Dining Table for 4 For larger groups, ask about our other accommodation located in the same block. Guests have exclusive access to the apartment during their stay. The flat is on 2nd floor (stairs only). It is the only flat on the level and there is a winding staircase to reach the level. Quirks: The 2nd bedroom has a slightly sloping floor due to the layout of the building. The beds are raised to be level but the floor is not level. The 1st bedroom floor has a slight slope but not as noticeable as bedroom 2. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
