Free parking is available close to the property. The Space: This beautifully presented home has a comfortable lounge with Smart TV and streaming channels. There is also a sofa bed for 1 person and a 4 seater dining table. The property has 3 bedrooms, the master with a king sized bed, another king and 1 with a double bed. There is a family bathroom on this floor to service the other bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs and have beautiful, crisp white bed linen and ample storage space for your belongings. There is a another toilet on the ground floor. The large kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. There is high speed, wifi throughout. Guest Access: Guests have access to the whole house. There is free parking available in the street to the rear of the property. The Neighborhood: East Kilbride is a small town approximately 30 minutes from Glasgow. The Kingsgate Retail Park is a 6 minute drive from the property and has many popular retailers, eg Sainsburys supermarket, M & S Simply Food, Next etc. There are also a variety of food outlets, eg Starbucks, Popeyes Chicken, KFC, Burger King etc. There is also an Aldi supermarket nearby, and a range of smaller shops located at Calderwood Square Shopping Centre (7 minute walk, 1 minute by car) with free parking available.
