The apartment (and kitchen!) was immaculately clean and modern. Communication with the rental agents was easy, and they responded quickly when we had a question. The apartment was located a short walk from restaurants and shops and subway access. The only improvement I would suggest is the addition of a few more kitchen items such as a cookie sheet and larger sautee pan. For the price we paid the flat was well worth it. It has great modern finishes, was warm and had loads of space offering two sizable double bedrooms. The area felt safe and was a short walk to transport links, the city centre and main shopping streets. Our hosts were very friendly and made my group feel like we were important.
