Die Lage ist gut, in Fußnähe zur City (ca. 15 - 20 Min.). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wenige Meter entfernt (Lidl,Iceland). Haus ist ruhig, die Wohnung allerdings recht hellhörig. Einrichtung funktional, aber ausreichend. Insgesamt können bis zu fünf Personen dort wohnen, was leider bedeutet, das im Wohn-/Essraum zwei weitere Betten stehen - nicht sehr gemütlich, stört aber nicht, wenn man sich nicht viel in der Wohnung aufhält. Sauberkeit - da geht noch was, ist aber ok.
