It comes with large outdoor space with high spec furniture to relax and entertain. It has a brand new fitted kitchen with new integrated appliances which will allow you to make your stay comfortable and feel at home. These appliances included fridge, freezer, oven, toaster, kettle, washer and dryer. There is an open plan concept which leads into the living room area where you can watch tv or enjoy the views of Glasgow. Netflix and Internet is provided. There are also two double bedrooms available with large wardrobe space. The master bedroom comes with an En-suite and Juliette balcony along with a large fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom is also a double bedroom that comes with a large fitted wardrobe which is perfect for any storage. The Main bathroom is wheelchair accessible with a large bathtub and over-heard electric shower. Fresh toiletries and towels will be provided. The beautiful marble En-suite is located in the master bedroom with a toilet, hand wash basin and shower available. An allocated parking space is available for this property and there is video entry that has an elevator on the ground floor. A floating garden is also available from the first floor. This friendly and modern apartment is located on the banks of the river Clyde. The Clyde has footpaths that are walking distance to the City Centre. Train station is 5 minutes away which takes you straight into town. Supermarkets and coffee shops are two minutes walking distance from the apartment.
