Our newly refurbished 2 bedroom apartment overlooks the Clyde and is a 5 minute walk to the SECC/Hydro & BBC / STV campus. Hip and trendy Finnieston is a 10 minute walk and the flat is also convenient for Glasgow City Centre and the West End. Everyone who comes to the apartment is blown away by the spectacular views of the Squinty Bridge and the Glasgow skyline. The flat has two double bedrooms, a lounge with dining space and a newly fitted kitchen and has all you need for an enjoyable stay.
Overlooking the spectacular “Squinty Bridge” this second floor flat blows people away with its ever changing views of the river and many Glasgow landmarks including he SSE Hydro Arena, the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre (SECC), the Armadillo, and the Finnieston Crane. The flat is 8 minutes drive from Rangers Ibrox stadium. No more than a 10 minute walk will take you to Finnieston which is bustling with bars and restaurants and was recently awarded the accolade of the “the hippest place to live in the UK” by the Times 2016. Just beyond Finneston you will find the famous Kelvingrove Art gallery and the vibrant West End of Glasgow. Turning right across the Clyde rather than left after a 15 minute walk you will be in the heart of Glasgow City centre with its famous architecture, shops and highly rated bars and restaurants. This flat is equipped with fast wifi and a TV with Freeview channels, free Netflix and on demand apps such as BBC iplayer. The kitchen is equipped to the highest standard with everything you could need to prepare a meal. If travelling by car the flat can be easily reached from the M8, M74 and M77 motorways otherwise Kinning Park underground station or Exhibition Centre Station are short walks away.

Please note that if you are booking for 1 or 2 guests we assume that you will only be using one bedroom. If however you also wish to use the second bedroom then please select 3 guests.
We do not allow stag parties, hen parties, smoking or pets.
Check in time is anytime after 3pm with flexible access to the flat via a keybox or a personal checkin can be arranged if required.
Checkout time is 11am.

Pets are not allowed
Do not remove linen or towels from the wardrobe area - any removals will be charged to you
Please keep noise levels down between the hours of 22:00 and 08:00
Please respect neighbours when entering and leaving the building
Any breakages must be reported
Please do not cut anything or put a hot pot directly in the work surface. Pot stands and chopping boards are provided for this purpose. There is also a glass worktop saver.
No smoking or drug use (** £100 cleaning charge taken from security deposit if there has been smoking in the flat**)
No parties, stag nights or hen nights
Ensure you have left the apartment by 11am on the day of check out
