The living/dining room is approx 10mx4m. It has a dining table which easily seats 8, with the living room containing 3 and 2 seater leather Ekornes reclining settees. It also contains a 65inch Panasonic smart tv. There is a further room off the living area which could easily be used as a spacious office. Double doors from here lead to the large garden (which contains a double patio).The ground floor has wooden flooring, carpets upstairs. The kitchen has all the usual appliances including dishwasher, with granite worktops. There is also a table which seats 4\. Also double doors which lead to the well tended garden. Externally attractive, the house has a driveway for 2 vehicles, with additional free on road parking.
