The staff were wonderful. Warm, helpful and friendly.
The parking is conveniently at the back of the hotel. Very easy then to walk everywhere in Kilkenny.

"You cannot call yourself a 4 star hotel if you dont provide guests with air conditioning in the summer. Fans do not help. Its unpleasant to wake up in a pool of sweat.
