The apartment spans the entire ground floor on one side and opens directly onto the private garden on the other. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, the home offers plenty of space and privacy—ideal for families or groups. Two bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower, one with a bathtub) provide a relaxing retreat after an active day. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring an induction stove, a capsule coffee machine, and a dishwasher, makes cooking a breeze, while a traditional fireplace in the living room creates a cosy atmosphere.

Outside, the private garden is a real highlight for young and old alike. Apple trees, a swing, and trees to climb invite children to explore, while adults can spend relaxing evenings by the beautiful outdoor fireplace with a grill. Despite its location on a street, the garden offers a secluded and peaceful atmosphere, with views of the surrounding mountains and direct access to the nearby mountain forest.
