Finished garage/game room, gazebo, fire pit and gas log fireplace. Close to 5 area wedding venues! Easy access off M-61 on a paved road. Currently we enjoy the natural flow of the Tittabawassee River but please note that there no good access point to get on/in the water. The backyard area is gorgeous! My only suggestion would be to inform pet owners upon booking or in the listing that pets aren't allowed on furniture. Suggestions for improving a guest's experience would be to put out some bird feeders and improve the lighting with more lamps, we are readers so we appreciate extra light. There were plenty of linens, comfortable beds and all the kitchen items we needed. We ate all our meals here as you are outside of Gladwin in a lakeside setting. We enjoyed the campfire ring and the owners made firewood available for you to use. They also had a complimentary coffee bar, which was a nice touch. We had beautiful weather and the lake was quiet (except for the nightly honking geese :), due to it being off-season. The only thing that could be an issue for some, is the bathrooms are very small, especially the one off the master bedroom. It was a very pleasant stay. ##### Kristen D.
