"The Staff were very friendly and helpful but we booked and paid for a Classic Triple Room, Multiple Beds, Ensuite and instead we were placed in a Twin room with a Queen and Single bed. This meant the room was much smaller and it made for an uncomfortable night as our beds were too close together ..."
