Very clean and quiet place to stay in. Transportation is very convenient as well. Breakfast was great, lots of variety to eat. And most of all, super friendly staff.

Property location was great. Biggest problem we had was the poor air conditioning. Room was very warm. Cleaning staff left the window open all day after they cleaned, they did not help with this problem.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Herald Square in New York—it truly exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, Taion at the front desk made us feel so welcome with his warmth and professionalism (my kids are still talking about him!). I know this hotel had some bad reviews about the elevators in the past, but during our stay both were in service and super fast. The hotel itself is very well maintained, with cozy, quiet rooms and a beautiful rooftop to enjoy. The location couldn’t be better—right in the perfect spot for exploring the city. We loved every moment of our stay and will definitely be coming back, both to see Taion and to enjoy more of this amazing city!

This was a super great location with everything we needed for our trip to NYC at a great price. We were very happy with our stay and would book again without hesitation.

The property was in a great location walkable to many attractions. Close to a subway station. The rooms were nice a little outdated. Very uncomfortable pillows. We only used housekeeping for one day and they did not throw out our empty water bottles. We had a Kierig coffee maker never brought clean mugs or paper cups or new coffee pods. The concierge Mary was extremely helpful and so kind!
