Villa située entre mer et montagne, au cœur du vignoble corse, sans vis a vis à 10 minutes de le mer.
Notre location pourra accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes désireuses de se ressourcer en bordure de maquis sauvage à flanc de montagne.
Notre maison est composé de 3 grande chambre simple mais très confortable.
Le barbecue vous assurera des soirées inoubliables.
La rivière quasi privée et proche de la location (2 min à pied) plaira autant aux amateurs de baignade qu'aux pêcheurs en tout genre.
Pour les amateurs de chasse, la proximité avec le maquis en fait un terrain de chasse idéal. Le propriétaire des lieux ne manquera de vous mettre en relation avec d'autres passionné de la région.
Les arbres fruitiers bordant la propriété feront le bonheur des plus gourmands (jujube, clémentine, figues, raisins, cerises ... ).
Enfin le propriétaire des lieux ne manquera pas de vous accueillir avec un panier garni de fruits frais de saison accompagné d'une bouteille de vin !(piscine privé de 5 mètres sur 10).

Super séjour !
Superbe propriété, au calme et sans vis à vis tout en restant proche des commerces. Fidèle à la description. Nous avons passé un excellent et magnifique séjour dans cette belle villa spacieuse, avec vue sur les vignes et la grande piscine privée. Idéal en famille ou entre amis! Le propriétaire est très accueillant , prévenant et disponible pour toutes questions. A refaire sans hésitation !!!

Perfekte Erholung
Perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub abseits vom Rummel. Tolle ruhige Lage, angenehmer Vermieter. Komplett ausgestattet und reichlich Platz. Vielleicht noch eine kleine "Anregung" an Jean Marie: Klimaanlage wäre von Vorteil und eine kleine Hängematte (oder so) beim großen schattigen Baum im Garten wäre ein Traum :-)

Inmitten von Reben, Feigen- und Mandarinenbäumen, geräumiges Haus mit grossem Pool.
Ab der Hauptstrasse führt ein steiniger Weg, ca. 200m zum Haus. Das Areal ist komplett eingezäunt und mit einem elektrischen Tor versehen. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und Komfort. Es gibt ein grosser Pool unterhalb der Terrasse mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Die Terrasse ist mit Sonnensegel versehen und geben entsprechenden Schatten. Seitlich ist eine weitere Terrasse mit Pergola (leider etwas abgestorben) und einer Feuerstelle, Holz steht zur Verfügung. Im Haus hat es alle notwendige Einrichtungen. Vielleicht könnte man zu jedem Kochtopf noch den passenden Deckel bereitstellen. Die Lage absolut idyllisch, ruhig und man ist für sich, keine Nachbarn. Ans Meer und zum Einkauf sind es ca. 15 Minuten, auch für weitere Ausflüge ist man sehr zentral gelegen, ausser zur Westküste .Der Besitzer, J.M Rafoni, ist freundlich, fröhlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Jedes Mal wenn er vorbeikam hat er eine Kleinigkeit mitgebracht. Als unser Auto, infolge eines Marderschaden ausfiel, hat er uns sofort geholfen einen Mietwagen zu organisieren. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können uns vorstellen ein weiteres Mal diese Haus zu mieten. Besten Dank nochmals für alles, Urs und Bruno

Viel Platz und absolute Ruhe in guter Entfernung zu vielen attraktiven Zielen
Hr. Rafonis wunderbares Ferienhaus liegt auf einem riesigen Grundstück. Drei Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 8 Schlafmöglichkeiten boten Platz und Luft für unsere Familie mit zwei Teenagern. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn, was Ruhe und Privatsphäre garantiert. Neben zwei großen Terrassen mit Grill und Pool gibt es eine voll eingerichtete Küche und ein tolles Außenbad, welches wir ausschließlich genutzt haben. Als das Wifi nicht ging (Kabelschaden auf der Zufahrtstraße), hat sich Hr. Rafoni sofort darum gekümmert. Superstrände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Berg- und Flussbadetouren sind alle in guter Entfernung erreichbar. Einziges Manko: Für unsere sehr 'lange' Familie waren einige Betten etwas kurz. Die zweite (kleine) Einschränkung - der evtl. etwas zu kleine Pool - wird in diesem Jahr behoben, weil umgebaut. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit sehr nettem Vermieter. Freundlicher Mitbewohner: Mr Rafoni Junior - eine sympathische Katze - also nichts für Tierhaarallergiker:)!

Ganz für sich und toller Pool
Das Haus liegt mitten im Weinberg. Hier ist man ganz für sich und die Kinder können im Pool toben und Krach machen und keinen stört es :) Der Vermieter war total nett und kümmert sich sehr gut um Haus, Grundstück und Pool. Bei unserer Ankunft waren 2 Liegen kaputt und schon einen Tag später kam die Putzfrau mit 2 neuen Liegen vorbei. Sie kam auch nach einer Woche und brachte frische Bettwäsche. Der Pool war super sauber und hatte sogar eine Alarmanlage, was super ist, wenn man mit kleinen Kindern dorthin kommt. Der Pool ist direkt auf der Terrasse und sowohl vom Wohnzimmer, als auch von der Küche aus einsehbar. Die Küche ist groß und super ausgestattet mit Induktionsherd, Umluftofen, Mikrowelle und Kaffeeautomaten. Es gibt sogar einen Wasserspender, der jederzeit auch gekühltes Wasser spendiert. Außerdem einen großen amerikanischen Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach. Eine kleine getigerte Katze die zum Grundstück gehört fordert sich Streicheleinheiten ein und will gefüttert werden. Es gibt freies WLAN und Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Leider hatten wir sehr heißes Wetter und somit eine Klimaanlage doch schmerzlich vermisst. Ein kleines Elternschlafzimmer mit 2 Sesseln, Schrank und Metalldoppelbett (ca. 150cm breit). Die Matratze war zu unserer Überraschung auch nicht durchgelegen und wabbelig, wie es oft in südlichen Ländern war, sondern sehr hart. Allerdings so hart, dass sie mir dann doch als Seitenschläferin sehr zu schaffen machte und ich Hüftschmerzen und Rückenschmerzen bekam. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer ist ein Stockbett und ein Einzelbett. Das Stockbett ist unten breit und oben schmal und kam bei den Kindern super an. Im dritten Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Holzdoppelbett, ein Einzelbett und ein Babybett. Die Betten im dritten Schlafzimmer waren ziemlich durchgelegen und man spürte die Federn durch. Im Haus gibt es 2 Toiletten (eine im EG und eine im OG) und ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und Waschbecken. Ein großes weiteres Bad ohne Toilette gibt es draußen neben dem Pool. Der Pool war das absolute Highligt und von der Größe völlig ausreichend für uns 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Abends kann man den super Sternenhimmel genießen, denn es gibt kaum Streulicht. So einen Sternenhimmel haben wir noch nie genießen können! Stechmücken gab es relativ wenig. Nur ein paar in der Dämmerung. Da kamen dann auch ein paar Fledermäuse, die ums Haus flogen. Insgesamt 2 Wochen schöner Urlaub und mit Klimaanlage und besseren Betten wäre es ein Traumurlaub gewesen.

Traumlage für alle die Natur und Stille lieben
Sehr netter Vermieter und das Haus hält was es verspricht. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht und sehr sauber. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen jeglicher Art. Traumhaft gelegen zwischen Feigenbäumen und Wein, ohne Verkehrslärm und Nachbarn. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Excellent séjour en Corse!
Le cadre est idéal! La maison est spacieuse et confortable, très fonctionnelle, il n'y manque rien. Piscine en terrasse, vue sur les montagnes et à seulement quelques minutes de la mer. L'accueil du propriétaire fut chaleureux et sympathique, nous l'en remercions.Situation géographique stratégique pour les visites et excursions. Coin très calme et reposant, pas de voisinage proche. Encore un grand merci, nous avons passé un excellent séjour!!

Ruhiges, geräumiges, reich ausgestattetes Haus, umgeben von Weinbergen.
Alles OK. Lage gut. Gundstück riesig. Ausstattung außerordentlich gut. Alles da, was man braucht und sogar vieles mehr. Zum Beispiel ein Trinkwasserspender. Pool etwas klein. Betten nicht übermäßig kreuzschonend.

Dieses abgeschieden gelegene Haus ist eine Reise wert
Wir haben hier vom 30.07.-13.08.2016 Urlaub gemacht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (französische Sprachkenntnisse sind hilfreich). Die Übernahme der Schlüssel bei der Ankunft sowie die Übergabe der Schlüssel bei der Abreise haben perfekt geklappt. Das Haus ist vom Platzangebot her sehr großzügig und verfügt über eine große und gut ausgestattete Küche (u.a. Kaffeemaschine inkl. Espressozubereitung per Siebträger). Auch die Lage des Hauses ist ausgesprochen schön und der Pool war eine tägliche Freude. Wir kommen gerne bei Gelegenheit wieder.
