Bidwood Suites was exactly what I needed - a large enough place to relax for a few days, recover, and then prepare for a few days of meetings. Overall, the property is nice, I felt safe and the staff are very friendly. I felt comfortable walking to nearby shopping, an office and coffee shop during the daytime. I would stay here again.

The entire hotel is extremely clean including lovely landscaping; staff was always courteous and helpful.
Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily.
The restaurant offers a variety of food either off menu or buffet.
Settling the bill was easy and itemized.

The staff are very kind and helpful. My only suggestion is you use a local coffee roaster called Rockbern for the coffee you serve in your restaurants. They do a fantastic job and I think your guests would enjoy their coffee. Thank you for everything I had a wonderful stay.
