The recently renovated house has all the equipment and modern comforts to enjoy the best rural environment. At garden level the house has a large living-dining-kitchen area, the latter with all the necessary appliances and utensils (ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, Nexpresso coffee machine ...). Attached to the previous room there is a second room with TV and foosball table where you can complete the desktop ..., and do not forget the heated indoor pool accessible from the same living room-dining room-kitchen. Outside the house we find the porch with barbecue a step away from the kitchen and then the outdoor pool in the large garden area and playground. All served by excellent panoramic views.
