I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Steigenberger Icon Frankfurter Hof, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. Their professionalism and attentiveness truly set this hotel apart; they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.
The breakfast was another standout feature. The variety and quality of the offerings were exceptional, with something for everyone, from fresh pastries to hearty options. It was the perfect way to start my day before exploring the city.
The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access major attractions, shopping, and dining. I loved being able to step outside and immerse myself in the vibrant atmosphere of Frankfurt.
Overall, my experience at the Steigenberger Icon Frankfurter Hof was fantastic. If you're looking for a luxurious stay with amazing staff, delicious breakfast, and a prime location, this is the place to be! Highly recommended!

Room was clean, staff was kind but hard to understand as they were non-native. It's the furthest hotel within walking distance from the airport, the shortest if you take the S-Bahn. USB didn't work, they will put a 50€ deposit on your card and there is a 2€ tourist fee that wasn't disclosed to me ...
