"Had to change rooms first room was 90 and a/c was broken. Staff was rude on the phone not letting me speak. The food at the restaurant is good. The waters have chlorine which is a bummer. The rooms are veryyy outdated, won’t go back to the grandparents feel "

"Nice spot in downtown Palm Springs. Very clean and modern. Good pool but need to add pool towels. Room towels do not work as pool towels. Dog area was fabulous and convenient. Rooms could use a few closet shelves or dresser. "

"The aesthetic was exactly what I was looking for. The pool area was laid out nicely; the pool and hot tub temperatures were perfect and the music was just the right style and volume. Perfect for getting that mid-century vibe while relaxing poolside. The staff was very friendly and helpful; house keeping was Johnny-on-the-spot, and the on-site restaurants, while not fancy were solid. Room decor was spot on, with perfect mid-century Tiki vibes. On the downside, our mattress was severely worn out, with a huge dip on my side resulting in lower back pain. The carpet was also visibly stained in some areas and could probably stand to be replaced. While not a super-fancy, boutique hotel, we still had a very good experience and would be happy to stay there again!"

"Rude staff. We were among several guests waiting to check in. Waited 3 hours. Pool had white chunks and food floating. Told staff but they were apathetic. My wife had to grab the pool skimmer herself and try to clean it. Water was still foggy. It grossed a lot of guests out. Trash cans were over flowing with trash. The wouldn’t refill even the water outside when it was over 100. There were cans all over the grounds that over three days were never picked up. We will NEVER return to this hotel. "

"Asked for towels to be delivered, never came. Food particles under our bed from previous guest. Bar didn’t have pina colada mix at all. Water in shower never got hot. We’ve stayed here multiple times as my son loves it and he wanted to go here for his spring break and we left very disappointed. "
