The natural bluff slopes toward the bay, so we recommend supervising children and pets while enjoying the outdoor spaces. Location- While the home has a Gig Harbor address, it is located about 15 miles (approximately 25 minutes) from downtown Gig Harbor along scenic WA-302, near Allyn and Belfair. The property sits near a two-lane roadway. Traffic is occasionally noticeable from the driveway area and one rear bedroom, though the home’s insulated concrete construction keeps interior living spaces and the backyard very quiet. Cell Service- Cell phone reception can vary in this area. WiFi calling is recommended if supported by your provider. Parking- Driveway parking is available for up to three vehicles.
