"We were booked into room on the second floor with no elevator. The staff was however very accommodating to assist with our luggage. A bit of a challenge for seniors who have no help with their luggage."

"We picked this hotel to stay at before our cruise. One of the best aspects was that they took our luggage from our room to the cruise port. We did not have to deal with our luggage has we were navigating the cruise port. The staff was extremely helpful & informative. The food was good at the bar & the breakfast. We would definitely stay there again; especially if we are cruising out of the Vancouver port."
