I usually love staying with Jet Luxury at Vdara, but this stay in the Parlor room was a major letdown. The AC barely functioned, and the unit showed significant wear and tear including loose tiles lifting off the bathroom floor and missing shower sealant. The layout was much smaller than pictured, the view was just the parking lot, and account services weren't working for our room. Disappointing experience compared to my past stays here. Needless to say I will not be booking this room again.

"Great room with a view of the Sphere. My sister-in-law and I were there to see the Backstreet Boys - this hotel included a walkway directly into the Sphere. Pro tip though: afterwards, we did have to walk back along the road, as the walkway was closed."
