Beautiful 106 sqm apartment with private terrace. Comfortable to accommodate up to 5 people. Located on the third and fourth floors of a building NOT equipped with a lift. The apartment offers a welcoming and bright atmosphere, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the local attractions.  
  
Only a short walk separates you from the beautiful pebble beaches and typical shops and restaurants.  
  
Equipped with all comforts including free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV and fully equipped kitchenette.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The lighting period and the daily duration of lighting depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.  
  
Giardini Naxos Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from 8 December to 23 March.  
  
For all check-ins from 20:30 to 00:00 a supplement will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:  
  
From 20:30 to 22:30: EUR 25  
  
From 22:30 to 00:00: EUR 35  
  
It is not possible to organize check-in after 00:00, not even for a fee.

Giardini Naxos is a tourist destination that captivates with its prime location and rich cultural and scenic offerings. The area is famous not only for its beaches but also for historical landmarks, such as the Archaeological Park of Naxos, the site of the first Greek colony in Sicily. From here, visitors can also explore the nearby Greek Theatre of Catania and the stunning Mount Etna, which offers breathtaking excursions. With its tourist facilities, lively seafront, and numerous outdoor activities, Giardini Naxos is an ideal destination for those seeking a mix of relaxation, culture, and adventure.  
  
\- The best way to visit the area is by car (it is possible to rent a car at Catania Fontanarossa Airport). There are paid parking lots (blue lines) near the building.  
  
\- From Catania-Fontanarossa airport, it is possible to reach Giardini Naxos thanks to the direct service provided by Etna Trasporti. The journey takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes and tickets can be purchased online, at the ticket offices outside the airport or directly on the bus. Alternatively, it is possible to take the train from the airport to Taormina-Giardini station, a 16-minute walk from the property.
