"Property grounds are great and very well kept. Very tranquil and private. Pool service a little slow as staff busy chatting to one another but dinner in the beachside restaurant was lovely. Booked with Expedia using VIP benefits but disappointing no room upgrade despite the room being available, check in staff indicated the “better more private rooms” but upgrade benefit blatantly ignored so worth noting this if hoping to benefit from VIP Expedia status. "We had a 3 bed villa all with own bathrooms and a private pool & garden which were lovely. We did the spa experiences and day tours which were fantastic value. The resort is in a quieter part of Bali which suited us and right on the beach for morning walks, be aware it is not a swimming beach as the waves are so strong. The included breakfast had plenty of choice and we ate in the restaurant a few nights too. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly."
"Keramas Sacred River has been lovingly created of reclaimed wood and other items giving the place a feel of old Bali. The rooms are clean, spacious and well appointed, and the ground are stunningly beautiful. The staff are helpful and kind. It is quite and in the middle of a small village, Terry a short walk to a black volcanic beach and well known surf spot.
One really can't find a better place to stay in the area. "
"Loved the animal outlook from our hotel room and the friendly staff. Also admired their knowledge of the animals and the genuine way they cared for them. "
"Rumah Luwih is a beautiful hidden gem, surrounded by beauty and insane scenery of the beach. It is a special quiet haven away from the busyness of Bali it is a real retreat. The people that work there are exceptional and make the stay all the more worth while, the food was insane! Everything was great and the room’s were soo large and modern. Thank you for all the time spent making our time special "
"Loved my villa with private pool. The room was spacious, only thing missing was a kitchen then would be complete for long term stay. Lived the private pool great to go swimming any time i want. But i did encounter tons of bats flying over pool in last night which scared the life of of me. Needless to say i cut my swim short. The dining water fault was helpful but i still had to go get my own. Hated that the transportation promised was not true, no drivers. The one day i did go to the storei...
"The property was brilliantly located only 100m from Komune where i was attending a wedding. Small but great the phased which is pool has a section under cover which is good. Food and drink can also be purchased which is great. The owner kindly help me organise a taxi rather than use their car service which for one person was expensive. My only criticism is there was no water left each day for drinking. Only 2 bottles when you arrived that were not replaced. This is poor as all hotels even the...

Legian Beach Hotel
5/5 Excellent
"Was a beautiful place with an incredible atmosphere. Will definitely be bringing my partner and family back as soon as possible "
"Outstanding service in a large and very well provisioned hotel resort. There is security at the entrances to the resort, plenty of restaurants offering a range of cuisines and special events in the main quad that serves BBQ, etc with entertainment in the evening (which is local dancing and singing). Rooms are cleaned and towels refreshed twice a day with all usual amenities provided. Free drinking water is abundant and refreshed in your room as well as being available at several locations around the resort and the ice is made from bottled water and safe to consume in drinks. If also IHG member a late check out is provided and a room to shower in before transport to the airport was offered.
Hotel itself feels very new and is very well maintained and the staff are all friendly and polite. Hotel is just across the road from Seminyak beach and not actually on the beach itself and does not have hotel sunloungers but there were plenty for private hire at a reasonable cost.
It is about a 20 minute walk into Seminyak square which could be a little treacherous for the uninitiated but there is a free shuttle provided by the hotel which goes twice a day.
Overall, this has been one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in with large comfortable rooms and plenty of space to chill out around the pool and nearby beach. It was sometimes difficult to tear ourselves away from the resort to go exploring.

"We had an amazing time at Grand Hyatt Bali. The staff are always friendly and go over and beyond to help out. The hotel complex is so well maintained and beautiful. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean. The variety of pools is great, the beach right in front of the resort. Restaurants offer great quality of food. Big shout out to the team at the Nampu Japanese Restaurant, you were the best and we enjoyed every breakfast with you. "
