"Staff was very nice, friendly, informative of area. Room was clean and in adequate condition. Amenities was OK. 1. TV looked new but not connected to the network so no TV unless i hot-spotted the connection. 2. AC worked, but needed a Freon charge. 3. Shower worked well, plenty of hot water but Shower head was Calcified 4. Entry door was secure, but was not on a door closer so it slammed when shut. 5. No Screen on window, also no sheers. Room had Blackout curtain only. 6. Morning Continental breakfast was not offered. 7. Plenty of parking, but hotel repair material was in porte-cochere (loading area at main door) Hotel overall was good. Worth the price given the situation, I would stay again. Thank you for having us!"

"Upon arrival I was greeted with a very friendly, polite and helpful Sergio! Thank you for making our check in a breeze. We had a very clean room. My only concern was a construction dumpster in the parking space outside our door. I realize those things are sometimes unavoidable, and considering everything in total…5*!!"

"This hotel was very clean and comfortable and we were able to get a good night's rest after a long drive. It's VERY convenient to the Petrified Forest National Park. It's also fairly easy to get away from city lights at this location to do some stargazing. I took one star off, perhaps unfairly, but we would have appreciated an on-site dining option for lunch and dinner. We usually prefer to eat out in the cities we stay in, try and find good spots, but Holbrook is small and the pickings are slim. This is exactly where an in-house kitchen would be welcome. The hotel breakfast was welcome and that at least helped us to get off to an early start."

"It was weird that there was no one at the desk to assist with check-in and no signage indicating to call to be assisted with this process. (The other guest and I did figure that out!) Maybe the process when an employee has to go home for the day should be reviewed."

"nice historic motel located next to a diner and gas station for easy meals and snacks. The staff were friendly and helpful with any questions I had. The room was clean and well appointed except for a coffee maker but I resolved that issue on day one. I would stay here again if I ever came through Holbrook again."
