"It was more like an Airbnb than a hotel.. staff was not always on site. The kitchen was basically equipped and some appliances were not in good working order. Nowhere to put your clothes, drawers, wardrobe etc. bathroom was a powder room with a shower, also nowhere for your toiletries. Rooms were not routinely cleaned daily. "

"Very nice place and would stay there again - breakfast was very good ( waffles) but should start at 7:15 am vs 7:30am. Staff very kind and good. Electricity went out which was not easy to find your ski clothes. Needs a outside hottub for the guest to use. "

"Expedia would not allow me to change my plans. The website stook me in circles and the the wait times for phone calls was listed as over 1,045 minutes. The inflexibility cost me $250.
Juding by the inability to contact Expedia to change plans while traveling or for anything else for that matter, they just lost a repeat customer. Their charge on my Visa will be disputed. Sad."
