The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of tenants. - Car park - Electric gate - Air conditioning - Washing machine - Mini dishwasher - Combined oven/microwave - Mini freezer - Filter and capsule coffee maker - Television - Safe - Hair dryer - Rowing boats provided (6) to access the beach 200 meters away by the river - Paddle rental 30€/day or 100€/week, deposit of 300€, to be booked directly with the owner - Rental of beach towels (4€/person), to be reserved directly with the owner An 8-person lodge tent on a 3-hectare wooded property, on the riverbank, with a swimming pool and less than 500 meters from the sea.
