"I took a group of 6 women to Morocco for a golf trip. We used this VRBO as our home base for 8 days while we were in the Rabat/Fes area. My experience working with the owner Hakim could not have been better. He communicated thoroughly to all my questions before & during the trip. He and his staff gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived & were available for us throughout our stay. Breakfast was hot & fresh every morning, the housekeeper was very attentive & friendly. "Mr Houma the manager did his best to help with several issues such as leaking washing machine and missing DVD player (doesn't play uk dvds). Boiler didn't heat the water consistently. Flush on the European toilet wasn't working well. Surface clean on arrival but needs a deep clean. No aircon or ceiling fans. Shared garden nice BBQ oven good. Garden furniture needs replacing. No towels or toilet paper."

"The main 2 dowsides were the wrong description of bedrooms and beds. There were only 3 bed rooms and 3 lounges but they counted lounges as bedrooms.We were 17 ppl so We worked out sleeping on basis of 6 bedrooms but it was only 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds so lots of us ended up sleeping on the floor using couch topper. Then upon request the owner did open the locked 4th bedroom, which wasn't mentioned in the description. The matresses were so hard , just like sleeping on the wood.Even upon...

"The property needs a lot of fixes; there was peeling paint and plaster falling from the walls; lots of roaches and ants that we had to keep killing. A totally a put off and not expected from a rental at this price point; The rental has 2 sections, with separate enterances; the door for the smaller one was totally broken and really difficult to open and lock; required huge amount of brute force to open it. The door looks like it had been cut up and welded back. All the grills outside the windows...
