"I tried my best to cancel the booking but couldn't. The hotel location is such that even a taxi cannot reach it. The Hotels.com still deducted full charge, despite of nog even checking in and using the facility. I paid INR 25,000 for nothing. This is totally unacceptable and unfair."

"The spot is located near ghanta ghar and takes a bit of walk. The restaurant was close due to covid effect, but many other restaurants nearby. The location is close to Jhalra, Jaswant thala, Fort and The Fort view was amazin during day time. Staff of the hotel is very helpful."
