The rooms very clean, friendly staff but the only thing that we didn't like were the curtains, they let in too much light and it was hard to fall asleep

We booked so we could use the slide in the pool it is not working and the floor in the kiddie pool looked a bit iffy. The maid didn’t replenish the coffee in the room I had to go down and get some and we had to keep rekeying our keys every day in a three day stay. Nice hotel, breakfast was great but some of the maintenance is lacking.

Amazing breakfast! Room/suite was comfortable and clean. Bed nice with great linens. AC worked well! Staff were helpful and friendly. Arrived too late to try bar next door but will save that for next trip. Arvon is a block from downtown and there’s many restaurants and sights to see. Parking is secure and nearby. A historic gem!

Haven't stayed here in awhile. Before Covid we stayed alot. This place has become very run down. Dirty & dusty everywhere !!!! Hallways filthy - front desk area very disorganized & dirty. Why cant you as staff when not busy at tge front desk get out & dust some & vacuum. The outside area full of weeds - terrible grounds keeping - if any. The staff breakfast staff - great Casino staff - great Hotel staff - ?? Just overall run down accommodations!!!! Sad to see

It was awesome just say hello.to all and they just gave me the best care. From front desk atten to 2 ladies in kitchen I said hello to them and they treated me like royalty. All the employees and was a smile and a hello blue ribbon for all
