Most staff seem happy and helpful except the chap we got the pool towels from, maybe because it was a hot sunny day and he was stuck inside a gloomy room at his desk Outdoor pool Ok but indoor needs refurbishing looks like black mould all around the grouting on the spa pools not nice to see Food in restaurant and at breakfast very good, but again the vertical blinds next to our table at breakfast were filthy looked like food stains Room ok but no Air-Con just an old fan that was stuck on low speed only, could get quite hot in the summer Remember this hotel is on the airport flight path so expect to get woken sub 7am to the sound of the turboprop aircraft taking off at full power On leaving not asked if we had enjoyed our stay On positive note the king prawns and the local scallops were excellent

Nice, quiet room with all we needs

Staff very welcoming and helpful - responded swiftly and accurately to everything asked, but the property is tired and requires extensive maintenance. Pool been shut for 2 years and Heath Spa now shut as well. Breakfast was really quite good. Location suited us as was a short walk to event we were attending nearby.
