"Nice hotel - nice staff and good service. However the room was very hot and with the windows open the traffic noise was continuous through out the night and early morning that made sleeping very difficult. If the room had been cooler I could have had the window closed it would have been fine."

"First of all, no one helped me with the luggage. There is no left and I had a room in 2nd floor. The towels was toddlers size and hair dryer is terrible.
